CEO Ho-Young An recently met with officials in Eumseong-gun to introduce K-HUB’s seasonal worker program. The initiative aims to address labor shortages in the region’s agricultural sector by providing a streamlined process for recruiting and training workers. This collaboration is expected to boost local farming productivity while ensuring fair treatment and compensation for seasonal employees.

The second meeting for the Seasonal Worker Program (SWP) in Yeongdong-gun focused on conducting a personnel survey and finalizing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Discussions also centered on coordinating schedules and determining the number of workers needed for the program. Yeongdong-gun will continue surveying the required personnel until October to meet the program’s needs.

At the Chungju City meeting, the K-Hub (Kepa Learning Hub) team, led by CEO Ho-Young An, delivered a presentation. CEO Ho-Young An explained that K-Hub’s goal is to teach Korean language skills and farming techniques to prepare individuals for job opportunities in Korea.
